Come on, fix it

Where to begin? Firstly absolutely Shocking journalism, constant errors and mistakes in how and what they report very often they will be wrong and will never issue a follow up to explain to us what actually happened I have to use other news apps to verify and understand the story and the truth. Then theres the app itself, constant bugs and crashes and all round its just really bad.

Great app. It forms part of my daily routine.

Brilliant. Just add a notifications icon for responses or replies on the comments section of each article. We miss a lot of these. Also the iphone app switches off if I go to quickly on the financials and indicators. It throws me out and closes the app. If done slowly its fine. Please let it also swing around for panoramic views

Which is all you really want when you are in the bath room early morning and you need to find out what is going on around you!! Up to the minute and relevant

Great app if it works the way its supposed to. LIVE updates news stories are very very buggy and bad. Embedded videos and photos in general takes ages to load (sometimes never, even on 4G) - slow app response times. News stories would also scramble around and not order itself by date and time - thats a basic feature. Poor UIX and experience.

App crashes a couple of times a day, but Im a pretty heavy user. Of more concern is that some videos posted on live update articles start auto playing without being clicked, and keep trying to play despite browsing to another article! Every ten seconds the video keeps trying play...

The app frequently freezes and crashes. This often happens when viewing comments. Very irritating.

Way too many crashes for an iPhone app, especially when viewing comments. Useless, deleting.....now!

Was a great app until couple of days ago - cannot access the comments section on iPhone 6 anymore - app just crashes and reports to News24 about the issue has gone unanswered...

Quick to use and always current. Well done guys.

Better than the old version; but now lacks the ability to sort categories so that the app opens in your preferred category (always opens to Top Stories). Previous version had this option

Great news app BUT DIFFICULT TO READ FONT in version 3.0. DONT UPDATE!!!!!

The app was improved in almost every way for the time it actually worked. Now I cant even open it as it crashes instantly. (iPhone 6)

The app will not open on my iPhone without crashing. Please fix the glitch and update.
